A Sneak Peek – Villas by the Sea
While visiting my college roommate and her mom in Delray Beach last week, I had a chance to stop by the Delray Beach Marriott to take a sneak peek at their new, luxurious Villas by the Sea. While the villa I walked through was in its final stages of tweaking and fine tuning, those that were finished were booked and occupied. I’d say they’re already quite popular!
The first thing I noticed when walking into the villa – albeit an unfinished one – was the opulent, luxurious décor. Instead of walking into a hotel’s accommodations, I felt like I was walking into someone’s home, or guest house. A feeling ease and familiarity washed over me, and I was ready to make myself at home!
There are eight ocean view or garden view villas from which to choose, with differing floor plans: one-, two- and three-bedroom, ranging in size from 520 to 1,600 square feet; some are two-level, and all have kitchenettes with premium appliances, spacious living rooms and oversized verandas, perfect for taking in the ocean breeze. Though they differ in size, all come with the same amenities: private check-in; exclusive pool and Jacuzzi; and much more.
The pièce de résistance, though, is the breakfast basket that is delivered to the room each morning, ready to fuel you and have you on your way, to the beach or to go exploring. Bon appetit!
